For ensembles entering competitive divisions (A, B, C & Premier) please have TWO photocopied sets of all conductor’s scores available to submit upon registration. Ensembles participating in non-competitive sections should submit ONE set of conductor’s scores.
Scores must be clearly marked with the following:
- Name of school
- Division in which the ensemble is participating
- The order of performance that the items will be played
- IMPORTANT – Any solos or sections of music that highlight an individual student’s performance must indicate the name of that student at the point in the score where they are featured. It is from this information that adjudicators may select your students for individual recognition or awards
ALL PHOTOCOPIED SCORES WILL BE DESTROYED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT
