While at this time it is not certain what the exact government regulations regarding COVID-19 will be in May, the Victorian All-State Jazz Championships undertake to abide by all regulations that may be in place. There will be consideration of standard COVID-19 safety measures that will include sanitising, audience spacing and mask wearing (if appropriate). In addition, shared surfaces such as piano keys will be sanitised between each and every band or choir.

COVID-19 refund policy
If a COVID-19 regulation causes all or part of the All-State Jazz Championships to be cancelled, any affected school will receive a full refund of any monies they have paid to the All-State Jazz organisation.
COVID Safe Event
All-State Jazz Championships will be a COVIDSafe event delivered in adherence to the current guidelines provided by the Victorian Department of Health.
